- A family member, friend, clinician, case manager, or community professional contacting us with the person’s permission.
- Unsure where to begin and looking for information about possible next steps.
Contacting us starts a conversation. It does not guarantee funding, a prosthesis, or acceptance into a program. Assistance depends on each request, available charitable resources, and whether Future Steps is an appropriate source of support.
Our role
A resource and connector—not a clinic.
Future Steps may offer resource navigation, community connections, and financial assistance for prosthetic access when resources permit.
We do not diagnose, prescribe, fit, manufacture, or provide medical or prosthetic services. Medical decisions remain between each person and their licensed healthcare professionals.
Future Steps does not endorse or guarantee any particular provider, device, clinical outcome, or source of funding.
